We were very pleased with this campground. Please note that our preference is for state parks with a more natural setting, rather than an open, flat, mostly paved campgrounds. So Brookhollow was a pleasant find; very clean, very friendly, very quite. We have already booked to return in 2009!

This is one of Washington's best state parks if you like: a forest setting, mostly shaded sites, and the occasional jet (you are very close to a naval base). If you are planning on camping here over a weekend, you will need a reservation. Note; have only camping in the serviced sites (electric and water) which is called The Forest Loop.
